General Requirements

While specific requirements may vary by position, most roles require the following.

Qualifications

  • Certified Nurse, Caregiver, or TESDA NC II graduate
  • Relevant caregiving experience preferred
  • Valid professional license (for nurses)
  • At least 1–2 years of care experience

Documents

  • Valid passport (at least 18 months validity)
  • PSA birth certificate
  • NBI and Barangay clearance
  • Medical certificate & skills assessment

Language & Skills

  • Willingness to learn German (A1 to B1/B2)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion, patience, and professionalism
  • Ability to adapt to a new cultural environment

Do I need to pay to apply?
No. Our program follows ethical recruitment practices. Applications are free. Any legitimate costs (e.g., language training, medical exams, documentation) will be clearly communicated and processed transparently.
What German language level do I need?
It depends on the role. Most caregiver positions start at A1 and progress to A2/B1, while nursing roles may require B1 or B2. Our program provides German-language preparation starting at A1.
Does applying guarantee a job in Austria?
No. Applying and participating in the program do not guarantee employment, visa approval, qualification recognition, or deployment. We help you prepare and connect with employers, but final decisions rest with Austrian employers and authorities.
How long does the process take?
Timelines vary by position and individual circumstances. Typically, from initial application to deployment, the process takes 6–12 months, including language training, documentation, and employer matching.
Do you help with accommodation in Austria?
Yes. Accommodation coordination is included as part of our deployment support, especially for live-in positions where housing is provided by the employer.
What support do I receive after deployment?
We provide post-deployment welfare support, including arrival assistance, partner coordination, welfare monitoring, and follow-up. Your well-being remains our priority throughout your employment.
